Click the picture to enlarge it.

Cairo (the Victorious) is the capital of Egypt and has a population of more than 25 million inhabitants. She is located on the edge is of the Nile like on some adjacent islands, in the north of Egypt. In the west is the town of Gizeh and its ancient necropolis of Memphis on the plate of Gizeh, with its three large pyramids of which the large pyramid of Khéops. In the south is the site of the antique Egyptian city of Memphis. It is certainly one of the cities most polluted in the world and breathing becomes difficult after a few hours of walk for a pedestrian not accustomed to the large cities.
We took this photograph from the heights of Cairo. In the backgroundr, on the left part of the photograph we can see the pyramids clearly. Our guide had taken us along on the heights where the in love ones meet during the twilight. What has us most surprised in Cairo, it is the absence of colors in the buildings and the succession of the districts marked by monochromic tones.
