Calibrate your screen

All the pictures available on the Guillen photo web site have been processed with a screen perfectly calibrated. Their quality concerning contrast, light and colors are perfect. To calibrate our screens, we use the Spyder Pro device sold by the Colorvision company. (click here to go on their web site).

For our main screen we use a LCD Samsung SyncMaster 215tw 21 inches wide with the following parameters :

• standard gamma 2.2.
• white point temperature : 6500°kelvin.
• white point luminance : 130. - black point luminance : 0.3.

If you do not see correctly our pictures on your screen, you need to calibrate it. Here are some charts to control your screen.

You must see the grey bar below with all the color differences in the squares marked by A,B and C then between X,Y and Z.

The following bar is identical to the previous but you have to see clearly the shades
