We take a particular care to the development of our digital photographs (we photograph only with RAW format). We use best existing converters RAW on the market and all our images are delivered with an irreproachable quality. All our photographs can be delivered with format tiff (compressed or not) or with JPEG12 format (minimal compression). We can deliver you photographs with a resolution of 22 mega pixels or more on specific request.

Rights of use

All our photographs are on sale in royalty free or rights managed. The licenses of use are available for advertizing companies, book publishers or of magazines, industrial, editors of calendars, of postcards, newspapers or of the governmental entities. The licenses are adapted for advertizing displays, covers of books, for advertisements in the magazines or leading uses. These licenses can also be used for covers of CD or DVDs or for achievements as calling cards. The right of use of a photograph can be exclusive or not exclusive.

• A right of exclusivity use prevents you that the photograph is sold to someone else. The purchasing rights on of exclusiveness depend on the territory and the utilization period. This right enables you to prevent that another company does not buy the same photograph during the period of use.
• A nonexclusive use is a less expensive alternative and it is that which is used. The rights of use of a photograph are calculated according to the geographical place of use, of the type of publication, the size of the reproduction, the number of reproduction, the territories where it will be distributed.
• The price of a photograph use rights managed is often less expensive than a use royalty free. This is with the fact that the use rights managed does not allow you of only one use of the photograph.
• 'use royalty free allows you multiple uses. Delivery

The high-resolution photographs will be delivered once the contract of use will have been signed and received by Guillen Photography. Photographs will be able to be downloaded from our Web site (with an identifier and a password that we will transmit to you) or sent by email (provided that the weight does not exceed 3 mega bytes). The photographs can also be sent by CD or DVD with an additional cost of 10 euros or dollars to be added to the total invoice. The payments can be carried out via banking transfers, by Paypal. For certain particular customers we accept the payments at 30 end of the month days. The high-resolution photographs are delivered in Adobe RGB 98 space color: it is the guarantee for you to have best colors. Once the agreement was signed between the two parts, the photographs can be downloaded since our space Web in format tiff or JPEG following your wishes.
