Even if most of our photographs are for sale in different photography stocks worldwide, we propose our whole stock on the web site. Our purpose is not to replace the stocks we work with, but maybe you will be interested by some photographs not selected for sale. We have choosen to show a list two categories: landscape and underwater. Right now, we do not offer you a search by keywords, we do just propose a list of photographs with an unique id for each. If you are interested by one photograph either to illustrate an article or another purpose (print, web, exhibition), please click here to contact us with all the information you need and the id of the requested picture. We will reply within 24 hours. Our personal stock is maybe not update. We continuously provide new photographs in the stock and if you do not find what you are looking for, please feel free to send us an email at the above email address. Maybe we have the searched photograph but we have not still put it on the web.
All the photographs of our stock have a size 5800 of by 3900 pixels at 300 DPI (Dot Per Inch). You can print them with a size of 19 by 13 inches ( 49 by 33 centimeters). We can deliver the photographs either through our website with a personal identification in JPEG format with a ratio of 12 for the compression (TIFF on request) or by CD/DVD with the requested format (JPEG or TIFF).

Guillen Photography grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the images you have selected for Comps (comprehensive layouts) that can only be used as in-house presentations, story boards, or rough draft designs for yourself or your clients, providing the copyright water mark is not removed or altered in any way from the images. Images supplied to clients by Guillen Photography do not contain this water mark. The use of an image constitutes a licensing rights agreement issued by Guillen Photography. that must be signed or electronically signed by both parties. Reproduction rights for image use is not granted until the image licensing invoice is paid in full. You agree to indemnify and hold Guillen Photography and the photographer(s), harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages costs and expenses arising from the use of an image or any breach of this agreement. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Web images information:

The images on this website were optimized for viewing in web browsers. There is often significant color and contrast differences between various softwares. And there is a loss of the colors and contrast (they have a weight of 60 kilo bytes for the web). Most photographs were taken with Fuji and Nikon digital SLRs.

Licensing information:

All images featured on Guillen Photo website are available to be licensed for publication in your desired format whether that be print, digital or other. Guillen Photo has licensed images to clients worldwide.
If you cannot find an image you require on the website, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your needs. We have a library of images that are not presently online, and we are available for photographic assignments worldwide. All images on this website are Rights Managed images or Royalty Free images. Image licensing is available to all registered businesses, such as Advertising agencies, Book and Magazine publishers, Marketing industries, Calendar, Poster, and Greeting Card companies, Newspapers, Government bodies and more. Images are licensed for a variety of uses including Wall Display, Book covers and inside use, Magazine Advertising and Editorial, DVD and CD covers and inclusions, Bookmarks, Calendars, Newspaper editorial and advertising, Graphics for letterheads and business cards, Website headers and editorial use etc. Wherever you could possibly use an image in your project we can provide it.
We offer image licensing rights as Exclusive or Non-Exclusive. Exclusive licensing rights protects your image from being licensed to anyone else and the fee is determined by the territories included in the license and the time frame (for e.g. Worldwide for 2 years or Europe for 1 year). This guarantees that your competitors in the specified territories can not license the same image in your specified time frame. Non-Exclusive licensing does not give any guarantees but is a cheaper alternative and is the most common type of License.

Image licensing fee:

The licensing fee is calculated according to where the image will be used and how e.g. the type of publication, the reproduction size, print run of the publication, the territories the publication will be distributed or available and licensing rights - either exclusive or non-exclusive, etc. The licensing fee for a Rights Managed image can often be less costly than a Royalty Fee image - this is due to the fact that most customers have only one usage for the image anyway and do not need multiple ongoing usage - plus you get peace of mind that the Rights Managed image is more unique and has less exposure to the market. The more information we receive about your project, the more likely that the licensing fee will work within your budget.

Once we review your request, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the licensing fee for the images you wish to use in your project. If you have a deadline, please let us know.
Reproduction Rights for image use is granted only when the image-licensing invoice is paid in full.
The high-resolution image files will be supplied to you once a signed licensing agreement is received by us. Images are supplied either by downloading the image files from our Website, Receiving the image files by Email (only for image sizes up to 3mb due to emailbox restrictions), our personal FTP server with a personal identification and password. If you choose CD/DVD delivered to you, please add $10 to your order total for postage.
Payment will be required prior to image delivery by Secure Online credit card facility - Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit (Wire Transfer). Alternatively, for approved customers, payment can be made within 30 days of the invoice date, either by Direct Debit/Bank Deposit, Cheque or Credit Card through Paypal.

Stock image delivery

We only supply superb quality High-Resolution images in Adobe RGB 98 colour space so that you receive the largest range of colours in your image. Your ordered High-Resolution images can be downloaded directly from our web site directly to your computer. Once your order has been approved (see licensing for instructions on requesting a fee for image usage), we will email you the step-by-step download instructions to make the process quick and easy. Alternatively you may prefer your images to be emailed to your nominated email address. Most email accounts have a limit of 3mb so we will be able to advise if this is possible once your order has been confirmed. Either way your online image delivery will be quick and easy. If you prefer to receive your high-resolution digital files on CD (Compact Disc) or DVD this is not a problem. We will burn your high-resolution image files to either CD or DVD and securely post these to you by Registered Mail using the American Post or UPS services. Images will be provided in TIFF or RGB file format and RGB 1998 Adobe Colour space. $10 will be added to your total licensing fee for CD/DVD postage. For this delivery method, please confirm your postal address. Alternatively you can supply us with your preferred courier agent details for overnight deliver or International Delivery.

If you choose the FTP dlivery, we will upload your ordered high-resolution image files directly to our FTP server. Image files are supplied in RGB Adobe 1998 color space in either JPG or TIFF file format.
