April 2016. Underwater photo workshop in Maluku islands

April 2016. For the first time, we organized an underwater photography workshop to the Maluku islands also known as Moluccas archipelago. 10 scuba divers were part of the adventure: 7 photographers and 3 companions.

The goal of the trip was dedicated to realize creative and artistic photos with close-ups of all species that can be photographed in the Moluccas. Participants were able to observe and photograph many species of  sea horses, crabs, nudibranchs, shrimps. The species list is too long to enumerate.

The course was a success in terms of exchanges between all the photographers. One of the goals we pursue during our travels is to bring together photographers who can share their knowledge, their photographic vision while learning to develop new ways to photograph.

Maluku Islands are an amazing place for close-up photography but also for the underwater sceneries.

We will continue to organize training courses in this region because it is one of the most amazing places we have visited.
