Shades of Blacks and Whites: Free – A Collection of Fine Art Photos
Wild birds have fascinated us since our earliest childhood. We were born in the countryside. Our first steps in nature were accompanied by the melodious songs of the larks or the swallows that nested in the spring nests built in the farm barns. When we became professional wildlife photographers, we chose wetland birds, especially migratory birds, as a photographic theme.
For us, the flights of birds are synonymous with freedom, escape, and departures to new unknown horizons. We are free human beings. We do not like the bindings, constraints, and binding regulations often dictated despite common sense. We accept the constraints only from the moment they are justified for the wellbeing of each case, we are wary of instances where they serve personal interests.
« I am free because I know that I am morally responsible for all my acts. »
---- Robert Heinlein/Stranger in a Strange Land
For this collection of flying birds that illustrate freedom, we chose black and white. The photographs are perfectly refined, ethereal, and suggestive. They correspond perfectly to our artistic approach. We wanted to create an airy, dynamic, and lightweight collection.
