Landscapes of the Smoky Mountains in the state of Tennessee in the US
The Smoky Mountains are mountains that extend between the state of Tennessee and the state of North Carolina. The Smokies are crossed by over 2500 miles of streams. The sunrises are spectacular and unique as they are often blue.
All these photos were taken during the winter because we work on a exhibition project in the United States. We have chosen the Smokies for the waterfalls and the variety of torrents. Winter is a season that we love especially because the trees have no leaves. These gaunt environments allow us to better highlight the rivers and accentuate the ethereal atmospheres.
We have been lucky when we created these pictures because the fog was not only present at the tops of the mountains but also in some valleys where the streams are flowing.
