Abstract Fine Art Photos of Nature: "Illusions”

The Story of the Collection
Do you ever get the impression that a lot of human relationships are fake or egocentric? Do you feel the insincerity of some people you meet or know?
If so, I am like you.
I have the feeling that in our modern societies, human relationships and behaviors concerning others are increasingly based on illusions. The definition of an illusion is the following: “a false interpretation of what we perceive, a misleading appearance outside of reality”.
You may have already experienced being bothered or tired without understanding why. Indeed, it is good to put our best foot forward even when we may feel otherwise.
Based off social media or individuals you meet; you may have concluded that most people seem to have a perfect life without any pitfalls. You think that everything is working out for them. It is by scratching the varnish of appearance that the game of illusion is revealed to us.
Is this good? Is this wrong? The question remains unanswered. The answer depends on each one of us.
Personally, since I have been working as an artistic photographer, I am committed to staying true to myself, in complete harmony with my moral and ethical values. I commit myself to developing respect and cultivating empathy when I exchange conversation and share experiences with others.
Life is sometimes rough. Before reaching a goal, we may struggle, encounter difficulties, or have the desire to believe in this mirage that others have it easier than us. However, illusions offer little solace in the long-term, and they do not solve anything. In a smooth reflection that lacks harshness, they do not allow us to build solid foundations.
Living in illusion can cause crashes and irreparable falls. Isn't it healthier to live simply without hiding behind fake appearances?
To help you contemplate answers to this essential question, I have created this collection of art prints of nature entitled "Illusions in Lights and Colors". It symbolizes certain human behaviors.
All these art photographs were created from reflections of trees on the surface of the water. The tree symbolizes roots, stability, and anchoring. Although it is blurred, the reflections in the water remain omnipresent. We can feel the trees presence. We can see them. Trunks and foliage are depicted on the surface of the water, reflections of themselves in color. The image reflected on the water is distorted but is a smooth reflection without harsh reality. The illusion is illuminated and refined in the water, drawing its beauty and strength from its blurry representation. Reality is harsher.
I have created this collection of art photographs in natural light, to remind you to never let yourself be seduced by the song of larks. Illusions and mirages can make you dream for a moment, but they do not help you to live life to the fullest.
Be true. Be yourself.
