Andaman Sea and Richelieu Rock, Thailand
The Andaman Sea is a sea depending on the Indian Ocean along the coasts of Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Indian territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It is bounded to the north and east by Indochina and the Malay Peninsula, south through the Straits of Malacca and the island of Sumatra and west by the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which separate the Bay of Bengal. It houses the Similan Islands which are now a national park in Thailand. As a region spared from fishing, the area is full of fish and a few places like East Eden can admire very large gorgonian colonized with huge schools of glass fish and grunts.
